Please keep the following in mind when considering one of our adventure packages. Our tours are all inclusive including hotel, food and alcohol (beer & margarita's). The rental equipment is meticulously maintained and serviced for your confidence. Guides are native to the area and speak English and Spanish. We specialize in Copper Canyon; this gives us the edge in keeping up with changing roads. Over the years we have seen tour companies come and go; there's a reason!

Please note several important details concerning our tours:

·        Prices include hotel, food (all meals), alcohol (beer & margarita's) and water. Once you begin riding on dirt we even cover your fuel! This is an important question to ask because most other companies won’t even provide 3 meals a day.

          We don't offer reward points or other sales tactics to "trick" you into another tour.

·        We don’t drag our feet getting to the canyon. Competitors take their time getting you to Copper Canyon because the hard part of riding and guiding is in the dirt. This is why it takes days to get to Creel when it should take one day!

·        Our guides and drivers live and work in Copper Canyon. They don’t do this work part time like most; they want and need your business and it show’s in their work ethic.

·        A support vehicle follows us at all times. The vehicle can alleviate the rider of his bags and luggage. The support vehicle driver is a mechanic and is behind at all times.

·        Our accommodations are first class. It will be obvious that we stay at the best hotels the area has to offer.

·        We offer a tour to clients and friends who want a timely schedule with first class accommodations. You can do it cheaper, but you won’t do it better!

Deposit and refund information   

    All trips require a $400 deposit 90 days before departure. Full payment must be received 30 days before departure. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made 60 to 90 days before departure. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is made 30 to 60 days before departure. No refunds will be given for trips cancelled 0 to 30 days before departure for any reason. After departure no refunds will be given for any reason.

 

Insurance information

      We recommend personal insurance during your tour with us. Fortunately we have never had a reason for insurance, but Murphy’s law is always waiting. Please feel free to contact Alan Kohl at www.motormexico.com and he will assist you with your insurance needs. We DO NOT make a commission from Motormexico. We recommend this company solely based on past dealings with Mr. Kohl. Please let us know if they treat you as well as our previous clients (friends).
